Here's What Makes Our Fax Broadcast Service High Quality:

1. We use standard phone lines to send out your fax blast.  We do not fax over IP. All fax transmissions originate from our fax broadcast servers at our secure location and terminate at your recipients fax machine.

2. We take care to convert your document into a fax image.  We want your fax blast to look as good as possible. We have various conversion techniques for converting your documents into the best looking and sharpest fax images for your fax blast. Each broadcast is viewed and checked by one of your fax server operators to assure top quality. Every broadcast is also approved by the client before the broadcast starts.

3. We offer data management and reporting to make the most of your fax blasts. Duplicate fax number removal, area code checking, regional segmentation, and transmission reports are available to you at NO EXTRA CHARGE. We will customize your reports to fit your needs.

4. Broadcast fax suppression lists are maintained for each client. If a recipient of your broadcasting does not wish to receive your faxes, supply us with the fax number and it will be added to your suppression list. Even if your future list(s) contain that fax number it will be excluded.

5. We have the ability to mail merge your broadcast fax jobs. We can incorporate any data included in your list into your broadcasts. This does not cost extra per page but there may be a one time setup fee for large scale merge broadcast fax jobs (more than 10 merge fields). Please see our merge samples page for more information.

6. We have live customer support to assist you with your fax broadcast jobs. A fax blast expert is available from 9AM to 6PM EST, Mon-Fri to answer any questions, assist with list and document preparation or help guide you through your broadcast fax campaigns.

7. You ONLY pay for faxes that are successfully sent. You will never be billed for partial or incomplete transmissions.
